What's New in July 26'

This update introduces the TPO chart type, a dedicated AI chat page, table drawings for Indie, and new drawing tools. Read on to see what's new on the platform this month.

TPO Charts

The new TPO (Time Price Opportunity) chart type builds a market profile from letter blocks, showing how long price traded at each level:

• Time-Based Color Gradients: Color coding by time period makes high-activity zones and value areas stand out at a glance.
• Level Labels: Toggle labels like VAH, VAL, and POC to keep key price levels readable as you zoom and navigate.

Adjust block visibility, letter modes, opacity, and display options in the chart style settings.

AI Assistant

TakeProfit's AI now has a home of its own. Skip the manual work — convert indicator scripts, set up mass alerts across setups, or analyze any ticker from a dedicated workspace. Every conversation stays organized in saved threads, keeping your ideas right where you left off.

New Drawing Tools: Pitchfork & Anchored VWAP

We’ve added two tools to the drawing menu:

• Pitchfork Tools: Found in the lines section, including variants like Schiff and Modified Schiff, giving you more ways to frame trend channels and run median line analysis.
• Anchored VWAP: Inside measurement tools, we’ve added AVWAP so you can anchor it to a specific point on the chart, such as a swing high, swing low, or major news event. It updates dynamically as new candles form and saves to your workspace layouts.

Indie® Updates: Tables & External Data Import

We've added table drawings to Indie. Your scripts can now display metrics, stats, or signal summaries in a structured grid — complete with rows, columns, and styled cells — directly on your indicators and charts. Check out the Indie guide for the full API.

Indie now supports importing external datasets via CSV. You can link your scripts to any publicly hosted CSV file to stream custom data directly into your indicators, exactly like standard market data.
