What's New in December '25

December closes the year with a set of platform updates focused on data sources, workflow efficiency, and automation. This release introduces new decentralized exchange (DEX) market feeds, expanded widget linking, alert-based trading automation, a new community Feed widget, and several Indie® and indicator improvements.

Widget Linking: Symbols, Chart Type, and Timeframes

Widget Linking has been extended to synchronize symbols, chart types, and timeframes across linked widgets. This allows you to maintain consistent context when working with multiple charts in parallel.

Changing a symbol is now faster: click the ticker directly on the chart to open the search window, or start typing anywhere on the chart. Additional linking parameters are planned for future updates.

New DEX Market Integrations: Hyperliquid and Aster

Two new decentralized exchange (DEX) data sources are now available:

• Hyperliquid
• Aster

Both provide low-latency, real-time market data that can be used across charts, custom indicators, technical analysis workflows, and advanced alert setups. These integrations expand on-chain market coverage while maintaining performance suitable for active trading and automation.

Introducing the Feed Widget

The new Feed widget brings community content directly into your workspace. It allows you to browse posts, read summaries, and stay up to date with what’s happening in the TakeProfit community without leaving your charts.

You can open full posts, leave comments, and interact with content in a dedicated tab, while continuing to work within your existing layout.

Trading Automation via Alerts with WunderTrading

Alert-based automation is now available through integration with WunderTrading. You can route TakeProfit alerts to WunderTrading using webhooks and automate trading workflows end-to-end — from signal generation to order execution.

This setup enables fully hands-free trading strategies while keeping alert logic and analysis inside TakeProfit.

Indie® and Indicator Updates

Several improvements were made to Indie® and built-in indicators:

• Color parameters are now supported via @param.color
• Updated ZigZag example for improved clarity
• Extended enumerate() support in Indie®

These updates improve both indicator customization and developer experience when building or modifying scripts.
