The Signal by Abu Laith combines trend direction, key price zones and exhaustion warnings in one overlay, so you can answer three questions on any chart: What is the trend? Where are the important levels? Is the move getting tired?
WHAT IT SHOWS
1. Laith Line: a moving-average trend line. Price above it favors longs; price below it favors shorts.
2. Laith triangles: mark moments when short-term price action turns in the direction of the Laith Line, confirmed by momentum.
3. Direction Engine (UP / DN): a volatility-based trailing line. A tag prints when price closes through it, marking a change in direction. Targets T1, T2 and T3 are projected from recent swing distances, so they adapt to how far the market has actually been moving.
4. Exhaustion and Exhaustion Warning: a count of consecutive closes against earlier closes. Exhaustion marks a move that has run for many bars in a row and may be losing strength. Exhaustion Warning marks the same move stretching even further. Optional build-up counts show the count developing before each mark.
5. Red / Green Zones: the candle where buyers or sellers last stepped in before price broke a recent swing. Green Zones are potential support; Red Zones are potential resistance.
6. Big Timeframe Zones: the same zones taken from larger timeframes (default: Daily), labeled with their price range, so you always see the levels that matter most.
7. Extras (optional): support/resistance boxes, unusual-volume diamonds, RSI extreme tags, and extra moving averages.
8. Status table: trend, direction and overall bias on up to four timeframes at a glance.
HOW THE PARTS WORK TOGETHER
Trend first: trade in the direction of the Laith Line and the Direction Engine.
Location second: look for entries near a Green Zone (longs) or a Red Zone (shorts), ideally lined up with a bigger-timeframe zone.
Caution third: Exhaustion and Exhaustion Warning are reasons to tighten stops or take partial profit, not entry signals on their own.
Aim for a minimum 1:2 reward-to-risk on every trade.
LIMITATIONS - PLEASE READ
- All signals confirm on candle close. A signal on a candle that is still forming can disappear before the close.
- Red / Green Zones and support/resistance boxes appear only after the swing is confirmed, a few bars later, and are drawn back to the candle that created them.
- With "Steady Zones" on (default), bigger-timeframe zones use completed candles only. If you turn it off, they can change while the bigger candle is still forming.
- Targets are statistical projections, not predictions.
- No indicator guarantees results, and past signals do not predict future performance. Always use proper risk management.
