Here's how it all works:

Detection logic ("perfect" OB)

Bullish OB — triggers when a strong bullish candle (body > avg_body × multiplier) breaks above a confirmed swing high. The script scans back and picks the last bearish candle before that impulse — that candle's full range (high→low) is the zone.

Bearish OB — mirror: strong bearish impulse breaks a swing low; last bullish candle before it becomes the zone.

"Strong" is defined by the Impulse Strength Multiplier (default 1.5×) so only meaningful moves qualify — no noise. Zone lifecycle

Each zone extends bar-by-bar to the right as long as price hasn't touched it. When price closes inside or through the zone → mitigated. With Show Mitigated OBs = false (default), the zone disappears; with true it stays in a dimmer shade.

Break of Structure (BoS) Fires when price closes beyond the last confirmed swing high or low — without a trend reversal context. It confirms the current trend is continuing:

BOS ▲ — close breaks above last swing high → bullish continuation

BOS ▼ — close breaks below last swing low → bearish continuation Each fires a green horizontal line from the pivot bar to the break bar, labeled at the midpoint.

Change of Character (CHoCH) Fires only when an established trend is broken for the first time — the true SMC reversal signal:

CHoCH ▼ — price was in an uptrend (previous BoS ▲) and now closes below a swing low → orange line CHoCH ▲ — price was in a downtrend (previous BoS ▼) and now closes above a swing high → orange line CHoCH always takes priority over BoS on the same bar — it gets its own event, not a plain BoS.

Fair Value Gap (FVG) A classic 3-candle imbalance pattern:

Bullish FVG — high[2] < low[0]: a price gap was left between the top of 2 bars ago and the bottom of the current bar. Smart money often returns to fill it — a potential long entry zone. Bearish FVG — low[2] > high[0]: inverse gap, expect price to revisit from above. Each FVG zone extends rightward until price closes inside the gap → mitigated (fades to 20% opacity or hides, depending on Show Mitigated FVGs).

Premium & Discount Zones Based on the current swing high to swing low range, split into thirds:

🔴 Premium Top 25% Price is "expensive" — smart money sells here ⬜ Equilibrium Middle 50% Fair value — no edge either direction

🟢 Discount Bottom 25% Price is "cheap" — smart money buys here The zones update dynamically as the swing range evolves and span the full 500-bar history window.

Liquidity Sweep Detection How it works:

Equal level tracking — the script maintains a rolling window of the last 5 non-NaN pivot highs and 5 pivot lows. On each bar it scans pairs within the window to find levels within ±Sweep Threshold % of each other — those are "equal highs" or "equal lows" (the liquidity resting above/below them).

Wick sweep condition — a sweep fires when:

🟢 Bull sweep — wick pierces above the equal-high level (high > level) but the close stays below it (close < level) → smart money hunted the stop-loss cluster above those equal highs then reversed down

🔴 Bear sweep — wick pierces below the equal-low level (low < level) but the close stays above it (close > level) → stop hunt below equal lows, then reversal up Labels — 

Liq. Sweep ▲ placed above the wick tip for bull sweeps;

 Liq. Sweep ▼ below the wick for bear sweeps. Up to 5 most recent sweeps are visible at a time.

After a sweep fires, the equal level is invalidated so the same cluster doesn't trigger again on the next bar.
