Session Assist is a lightweight trading session indicator designed to help traders visualize the three major forex trading sessions—Asia, London, and New York—directly on the chart. As each session unfolds, the indicator continuously tracks and displays its highest and lowest prices, making it easy to identify important intraday support, resistance, and liquidity levels.

Each session is color-coded and can optionally be highlighted with a background box for improved chart readability. Session times are fully customizable in UTC, allowing the indicator to adapt to different brokers and trading instruments. A configurable lookback limit ensures that only recent sessions are drawn, helping maintain chart performance even on lower timeframes.
