3-Line Trailing & Signal Indicator

A 3-line indicator designed primarily for the 5-minute timeframe, with experimental support for tick charts.

The Lines:

• Black line – Main trailing line (active on both 5-minute and tick charts)
• Gray line – On the 5-minute timeframe, acts as a second trailing line. On the tick chart, it acts as the direction filter instead.
• Red line – Signal line (5-minute timeframe only)

How to Use (5-Minute Timeframe):

2. Wait for the black and gray lines to align – both below price for a buy setup, or both above price for a sell setup.
4. Take the trade when the red line gives a signal in the same direction – below price for buy, above price for sell.

Tick Chart Behavior:

• Only the black line trails.
• The gray line shows direction.
• The red line is not used on tick charts.

In short: two trailing lines and one signal line running together on the 5-minute chart, adapted into a trailing + direction setup on tick charts.

Notes:

• Built for the 5-minute timeframe. Tick chart behavior is provided for testing and may differ in reliability.
• No external libraries used – pure Indie code.
