Alert Limits

  • Free users can create 1 alert with up to 3 months expiration
  • Premium users can create up to 50 alerts with extended expiration periods
  • All alerts remain active as long as the user maintains premium status.

Notifications Limits

  • Real-time platform updates are limited to 10 times per second
  • On-platform notifications have no delivery limitations
  • Email notifications are limited to once per minute per email address
  • Webhook notifications are subject to rate limiting (limits are being adjusted and will be updated soon).

Alert History & Management

Accessing Your Alerts

  • Click the bell icon to open the alerts panel with your “My Alerts” list
  • View all alerts with their current status and details
  • Access complete alert logs and management options.

Alert Information

Each alert in your list displays:

  • Unique identifier
  • Trading instrument name and ticker
  • Trigger condition
  • Current status (Active, Fired, Expired, Stopped, Error)
  • Action buttons (play/pause, delete, menu).

Managing Alerts

  • Click the play/pause button to activate or stop an alert
  • Use the context menu (three dots) for additional options:
    • Delete
    • Edit
    • Duplicate
    • Restart
  • Double-click any stopped alert to edit its settings.

Alert Logs

  • Click the “Logs” tab to view complete trigger history
  • View detailed information for each trigger: Date and exact time Trigger criterion Alert message
  • Double-click any log entry to edit the corresponding alert.

History Retention

  • Complete trigger history is maintained throughout the alert’s lifetime
  • All alert logs are automatically removed when the alert is deleted.
