# Stock Screener Sharing

Sharing your custom stock screeners with the TakeProfit community allows you to showcase your screening strategies and help other traders discover new investment opportunities.

## Important Distinctions

* Only custom screeners can be shared (built-in screeners cannot be shared)
* Screeners saved in "My Screens" and publicly shared screeners are separate entities
* View your published screeners on your profile page: `https://takeprofit.com/@YourUsername/screeners`.

## Creating a Shareable Screener

### Prerequisites

1. Create and test your custom screener
2. Save your screener by clicking the disk icon
3. Give your screener a meaningful name.

### Publishing Process

1. Click the "Share Screener" icon in the top-right corner of the Stock Screener widget
2. Complete the required fields:
   * Title (minimum 5 characters, up to 120 characters)
   * Description (up to 500 characters)
3. Add a cover image (optional):
   * Choose from default TakeProfit options
   * Upload your own image (maximum 2MB)
4. Click "Publish Screener" to instantly make it available.

## Community Interaction

* Other users can copy your screener to their workspaces
* Your screener becomes part of your public profile
* Connects with your other community contributions (including posts, and indicators).

## Management Options

* Currently, editing or deleting published screeners requires support

## Monetization Opportunity

Published screeners include your referral link, creating potential earnings through the [TakeProfit Referral Program](https://takeprofit.com/monetization) when:

* Users register through your screener link
* They subscribe to TakeProfit
* They make other purchases on the platform
